Antony Hodari LLB (Hons)

Aged 50, Antony is the principal equity investor into Millerbrook.  He is founder and the Managing Partner of Antony Hodari & Co, a legal practice with over 120 staff established over 20 years ago in Manchester. Alongside his role within the practice, Antony has a keen interest in property and extensive knowledge of the property market.

Richard Ward MSc MRICS  

 Aged 45, Richard is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years' post qualification experience in commercial property, primarily in the North West. Richard became Development Director of Millerbrook Properties Ltd. in April 2002 to focus on mainstream commercial property trading and development. His market knowledge together with his extensive experience in acquisition and the appraisal of development opportunities has resulted in several successful strategic acquisitions.

Jeff Brearley MA (Oxon) ACA

Aged 50, Jeff is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years post-qualification experience. He has worked as the in-house accountant at Antony Hodari & Co. for the last five years and more recently has acted as the accountant for Millerbrook Properties Ltd.
