Millerbrook Properties Ltd. was formed in 2002 by Richard Ward and Antony Hodari. This brought together a wealth of experience in property appraisal, planning and development.

Since its launch, Millerbrook has been successful in acquiring and developing land and property primarily but not exclusively in the North West. We work with a network of specialist planning surveyors, architects and agents to enable us to deal with a broad range of different projects including residential, mixed use, retail and office developments.
